摘要 环境中的微生物具有极大的生物多样性,但99%的微生物不能通过标准的实验技术加以培养,不依赖于培养的环境基因组技术由于适合分析生态系统中整个复杂的微生物基因组而迅速发展起来。文章针对环境基因组技术的原理、方法以及目前该技术在环境微生物多样性研究中的应用等作一综述。 Environmental microorganisms have vast diversity, but as many as 99% of microorganisms can not be cultured by standard techniques. Culture-independent genomic analysis has been rapidly developed being fitting to analyze complex microbial genomics in ecology. Principle and method of metagenomics as well as application in microbial diversity were also reviewed.
