凤眼莲中锌对镉的拮抗作用 被引量:20

摘要 镉污染植物后,叶片的叶绿素含量降低,酶活性减弱,过氧化物同功酶带数目减少,光合、呼吸强度减弱,生物量降低,品质变差.环境中,单独一种元素的污染并不常见,复合污染更为普遍.镉、锌相互作用,国内外有过不少报道,但主要集中在吸收方面.我们试图通过研究加锌前后镉处理对凤眼莲叶绿素含量、乳酸脱氢酶活性、细胞膜透性以及对凤眼莲镉、锌含量和镉复合物含量影响的变化,从而从不同角度探讨镉、锌之间的相互作用机理. Cadmium of low concentration stimulated the growth of waterhyacinth while the harmful effects could be observed when the concentration of cadmium reached 1.0mg/L. With zinc of 1.0mg/L added, the effects of cadmium on the leaf chlorophyll content, the root lactic dehydrogenase activity and the leaf cell membrane permeability were all lessened and the lethal concentration of cadmium to waterhyacinth was increased significantly.The content of cadmium in waterhyacinth increased and that of zinc decreased with the increase of cadmium concentration in water. The cadmium in waterhyacinth maintained at a lower level when zinc was added. The antagonistic effects of zinc on cadmium might due to the slowing down of cadmium uptake, the competing for the binding sites in zinc-enzymes and the speeding up of the synthesis process of cadmium-binding complexes induced by cadmium
