摘要 生物可降解支架在血管管腔回缩的早期提供支撑,随后完全消失,从根本上克服了永久性支架造成的医源性损伤,极大地推动了心血管病介入治疗的发展。生物可降解有机多聚物支架作为最早的"临时性支架",机械支撑力不足及高炎性反应是其主要缺点。生物可降解镁合金支架对心血管系统有独特益处且不易产生毒性,应用前景更为广阔。生物可降解支架完全降解后将不会影响血管的发育,故对小儿先天性心脏病治疗尤其重要。 Biodegradable stent can maintain and support the vessel recoil in the early stage and then completely disappear. To overcome the iatrogenic damage caused by permanent stents, they are considered the recent frontier and will highly improve interventional therapy on cardiovascular diseases. As the earliest "Temporary Stent" , important drawbacks of polymer stent are insufficient mechanical force and significant inflammation. By contrast, biodegradable magnesium-alloy stent may even have lots of positive beneficial effects and should not cause toxicity, which will surely lead to a promising future. Since the negligible influence on the growth of vessels after complete degradation of these new stents, they are particularly important for paediatric patient with congenital heart disease.
