摘要 建立城市景观设计方案竞争力评价模型,为合理选择城市景观设计方案提供依据.筛选能够从本质上反映城市景观设计优劣的指标,用AHP法建立评价模型,其中准则层指标包括创新性、可持续性、空间设计、方案表现等4个指标;指标层指标包括方法创新、材料创新、技术创新、生态、文化、社会、节约、空间布局、植物配置、景观设施、色彩、技法、规范等13个指标.结果表明,城市景观设计方案的影响因素中,空间布局、生态、方法创新、社会、植物配置、景观设施等要素影响较大,应作为评判城市景观设计方案优劣的主要指标. An evaluation model for the competitiveness of urban landscape design scheme should be established to provide a basis for the reasonable selection of a urban landscape design scheme. The indices which can reflect the quality of townscape' s design essentially are filtered out and an evaluation model is established by using the AHP method. Hereinto, the indices in the guideliness consist of 4 indices, including innovativeness, sustainability, space design and project presentation; the indices, in the indicator consist of 13 indices, including method innovation, material innovation, technology innovation, ecology, culture, society, energy conservation, spatial layout, plant disposition, landscape facilities, color, technique, and specification. The results show that among the influencing factors of the urban landscape design scheme, some are of special significance, such as spatial layout, ecology, method innovation, society, plant disposition, and landscape facilities and so on, which should be taken as the main indices of evaluating the quality of the urban landscape design scheme.
