摘要
以油气资源-社会经济系统协调发展为主线,对复杂系统的要素、特征、结构与功能、运行机理和系统协调发展的概念模型系统间的相关关系进行了研究和详细的描述.
Oil and gas resources are the sustainable development basis of a country and the key factor of comprehensive national strength and the national security. It is a big difficult problem faced by society that how to realize harmonious development between the oil-gas resource exploitation and social economy system nowadays. In this paper, the factor, correlative relationship,features, the structure and function, operation mechanism of this complex system and the conceptual model of system coordinated development ware were studied and described in detail.
