摘要
为深入了解小偃6号及其衍生品种(系)的遗传特性,为育种工作中合理利用小麦育种骨干亲本提供理论依据,利用22对SSR引物分析了小偃6号及其衍生品种(系)共54份材料的遗传多样性。在54份材料中共检测到133个等位变异,等位变异数目在3~15个之间,每个位点上平均有6.05个等位变异。22对引物多态性信息含量(PIC)变化幅度为0.2606~0.8579,平均为0.6529。54份材料间的遗传相似性系数(GS)在0.549~0.962之间,平均为0.747,表明品种间遗传差异较小。用非加权配对算术平均法UPGMA将54份材料分为四类,聚类结果较好地反映了品种(系)间的亲缘关系。
Genetic diversity of Xiaoyan6 and its deritives was investigated with 22 pairs of SSR primers to detect the inherited characteristics and exploit these materials fully. A total of 133 alleles were detected among 54 materials, and the number of alleles each primer pair ranged between 3-15 with an average of 6. 05. The PIC (polymorphism information content) value ranged between 0. 2606 0. 8579, averaged at 0. 6529 per primer. Genetic similarity among the 54 materials varied from 0. 549 to 0. 962 with an average of 0. 7474, indicating that the genetic diversity was not abundant. 54 wheat cultivars (lines) fell into four clusters by UPGMA analysis, it could reflect the relationship among them.
