春性饲草型小黑麦抗旱性的综合评价 被引量:13

摘要 为筛选出抗旱性强、稳产、更适合新疆干旱地区种植的春性饲草型小黑麦品种(系),运用模糊综合评判法对20个春性饲草型小黑麦品种(系)的与抗旱性紧密相关的生理和农艺性状进行了综合评价。结果表明,在20个参试品种(系)中,05草鉴3、05草鉴8、04草鉴7、H05-5、H06-6、H26和H05-2的抗旱性均优于对照新小黑麦3号。抗旱性最强的05草鉴3和05草鉴8在干旱条件下产量、单株干重、种子萌发抗旱指数和芽鞘存活率四项指标相对于正常灌溉条件下的变化幅度比其他参试品种要小,应进一步在旱区推广种植或作为抗旱试验的参考种质资源。 To identify the lines with higher drought resistance and stabler forage yield, which can adapt to arid area and arid season in Xinjiang. A total of 10 traits, including agronomical traits and physical traits that measured in 20 spring forage triticales were analyzed using multifactor evaluation analysis. The results showed the drought resistance of 05caojian3.05caojian8.04caojian7. H05-5 H06- 6, H26, H05-2 are better than the check. The integrated drought resistance indexes including the plot yield, weight per plant, GDRI, fraction surviving of coleoptiles within watering and no-irrigation conditions of 05eaojian3 and 05caojian8 with highest drought resistance are better than other lines. So these two lines could be extended in arid area or as the reference germplasm resources in water stress experiment.
