This paper introduced the key parts of internal management in process of the production in Xing-an Coal Preparation Plant. By adopting several fine management measures, such as monitoring the quality of raw coal, controlling cost, enhancing the on-site guidance on the production process, and instituting the quality control system, it is realized to improve enterprise＇s management level, reduce costs and create a good economic benefits.
