影响煤中挥发分准确测定的因素研究

Research on factors influencing the accurate determination of the volatile matter of coal

论述了准确测定煤中挥发分的重要性及影响煤中挥发分准确测定的若干因素,以3组试验主要探究分析坩埚质量对准确测定煤中挥发分的影响。分析表明,挥发分产率随坩埚质量的增加而逐渐降低;测定挥发分用坩埚质量最好相近,才能使测定重复性符合国标要求。

The importance of accurate determination of the volatile matter of coal and some factors affecting accurate determination of the volatile matter of coal are discussed, and the influence of quality of crucibles on the accurate determination of the volatile matter of coal are analysed by 3 groups of test. The yield of the volatile matter decreased gradually with increase of quality of crucibles ; the quality of crucibles for determination of the volatile matter should be similar so that the repeatability of determination can meet with the national standards request.
