通过对车集选煤厂三组煤可选性及其跳汰分选中存在的问题研究,同时对中煤可选性进行探讨,提出了通过增加中煤再洗流程以回收中煤中的精煤的再洗方案。实际应用表明,该方案的经济效益显著。

The washability of three groups of coals, the problem in jigging separation and the middlings washability were discussed in the paper. The recleaning scheme by increasing middlings washability process flow to recycle the cleaned coal in middlings was put forward. The practical application showed that the scheme has the obvious economic benefit.
