摘要 材料性能是钣金成形的基础,非接触式变形测量技术在材料性能测量中具有独特的优势,不仅可以得到标定区域的平均应变,而且可以得到不同时刻标定区域内任意子区域的应变。文章介绍了板材应力应变曲线视觉测量系统的组成及工作原理,将数字图像分析法应用于板材的拉伸试验,可以快速、精确地测量材料拉伸时的变形量。采用Visual C++编程语言在Windows 2000环境下开发应用程序,研究了测量系统各模块的设计思路及实现方法,完成了板材应力应变曲线实时测量系统。 The material properties are the foundation of metal forming. No touch measuring technology is better than other methods in material properties measuring. Not only is the mean strain in the calibration district obtained, but the strain in any position in calibration district is also gotten by no touch measuring technology. The structure and working principle of the system for no touch measuring technology based vision technology is introduced in the paper. The deformation can be fleetly and accurately measured by vision technology during tensile test. This system is developed by Visual C+ + language on the platform of Windows 2000. The design idea and the algorithm of the measurement system are researched. And the whole test and measuring sys- tem is finished.
