摘要
针对当前国内图书馆界在"以人为本"的认识上及实践过程中存在的一些问题,提出了培育图书馆人本理念的具体措施。
According to some problems existing in the cognition and practices of humanistic concept in domestic library circle, this paper advances some concrete measures for cultivating the humanistic concept of the library.
