Research on the Ecosystem Delineation of Datong City

城市生态功能区划是建设生态城市的基础和科学依据。在大同市生态环境调查的基础上,分析了生态环境敏感性和生态服务功能的重要性,综合考虑生态系统结构和功能,利用GIS和RS技术,把大同市划分为5个一级、15个二级生态功能区,为大同市生态城市建设提供宏观指导。

This paper expounds the necessity of carrying out the assets inspection in administrative institutions from the aspects of constructing a conservation-conscious society, deepening the reform of budget management system and strengthening the state-owned assets management of administrative institutions.
