摘要
研究了洗苯塔前后煤气中粗苯含量的测定方法,指出与传统的活性炭吸附蒸馏法相比,利用气相色谱分离技术,分析时间可由5h~8h缩短到8min~10min,具有进样量恒定、操作简便、分析效率高、准确度高等优点,将为粗苯生产过程的快速控制调节起到重要的作用。
This paper studies the method for determining the contents of crude benzol in the cleaning the benzole scrubber, and points out that method, the gas chromatography (GC),.which can comparing with the traditional activated carbon gas before and after adsorption distillation reduce the analyzing time from 5 h-8 h to 8 min-10 min, possesses the advantages of constant sample size, simple operation, high analyzing efficiency, and high accuracy, etc., and will play an important role in the rapid control and adjustment in the course of the production of crude benzol.
