This paper analyzes the four-dimensional components of authentic leadership, probes into how the authentic leaders to influence the realization of followers' well-being through the mechanisms of personal and organizational identification, active emotional contagion, active behavioral shaping, self-determination supporting, and active social exchange, etc.
