摘要
建设工程施工合同是企业合同实务中最常见的业务之一。为避免合同在签订环节中的不规范行为而给双方带来不必要的争议,必须在合同的签订阶段对建设工程施工合同进行审核管理。
The construction project contract is one of the most common professional works of enterprise＇s contract practice.
