摘要
文章主要以绥中发电厂一期工程两台俄制超临界800 MW燃煤机组密封瓦为例,介绍了自从安装以来联合式环式密封瓦检修中发现的常见问题以及解决办法,同时对一些尚未彻底解决的问题的难点做了简单介绍。文章为同类型密封瓦的检修技术问题提供了良好的借鉴经验,为密封瓦的设计提供了良好的现场实例。
Regarding the seal pads of 2× 800 MW coal-fired supercritical units made by Russia at phase I of Suizhong Power Plant, this paper introduces the common problems found during the maintenance of joint ring seal pad since its installation and solutions to these problems. The difficulty for some unsolved problems was also briefed. It provides good experience for future maintenance of similar seal pad and even the field example for the design of seal pad.
