火电厂环境污染事故预防及应急处理措施

Prevention and Emergency Processing Measure for Environmental Pollution Accident in Fossil-fuel Power Plant

环境污染事故发生破坏环境、影响社会稳定,给企业、社会造成巨大的经济损失。针对秦皇岛发电有限公司生产中可能存在的环境污染事故隐患,并吸取其他电厂经验和教训,提出了该公司环境污染事故的预防措施和当突发事故发生后的应急处理预案。

The environmental pollution accident breaks the environment and influences social stability,causes enormous economic losses to enterprise and society. According to the environmental pollution accident that may exist in the production process in Qinghuangdao Power Generation Co. Ltd. and the experience and the lesson of other power plants, this paper proposes the preventive measures for environmental pollution accident and the emergency processing plan after a sudden environmental pollution accident occurred in Qinghuangdao Power Generation Co. Ltd.
