简要阐述了服务型政府的内涵及特点;从服务理念、服务模式、政府组织结构、服务质量和效率等四个角度探讨了电子政务对服务型政府构建的推动作用;并从转变政府职能、推进协同政务、提供"一站式"服务、关注弱势群体需求等四方面提出了电子政务环境下构建服务型政府的策略。

It Elaborats the meaning and features of the service government. And it discusses the function of electronic government in promoting the construction of service government from four aspects. They are service idea, service model, organizational structure of government and quality and efficiency of service. And it puts forward the strategies for the construction of service government in the environment of electronic govemment from four aspects： transforming government functions; promoting cooperative management; providing the service of one-stop; concerning the requirements of vulnerable groups.
