摘要
相对于发达国家之间的传统投资模式,针对发展中国家的R&D海外投资成为R&D国际化的一个主要趋势,并且发展中国家的跨国公司也逐渐开始扮演R&D国际化的重要角色。本文在阐述R&D国际化新的发展特征的基础上,从创新系统的角度探讨了跨国公司积极开展海外R&D对东道国及母国所产生的潜在影响。
Relative to traditional mode of investment between developed countries, developing countries are becoming the attracting targets of R＆D investment, and the MNCs from developing countries are also playing increasing roles in the R＆D internationalization. Based on analyzing the new characteristics and tendency of R＆D internationalization, this study investigates into the implications of MNCs＇ international R＆D activities to host country and home-country from a view of innovation system.
