摘要
企业技术变革能力是企业基于自身创造的知识和从外部获取的知识 ,实现自主基本技术创新的能力。技术变革能力的获取应建立在知识积累和连续重组的基础上 ,知识的积累和企业技术变革之间呈相互正促进关系。企业技术变革能力的形成是对技术知识的选择、维持与积累、综合激活的过程。本文提出了企业只有不断加大对研究开发的投入 ,提高对技术与知识的积累 ,同时 ,对积累的知识进行不断纯化、综合和激活 。
Technological Transformative Capability is the core capability for the firm to realize the radical technological innovation.Howerver,the formation of the transformative capability is based upon the knowledge accumulation and the continual constructuring to which the transformative capability is related by dual promotion.The formation of transformative capability also reflects the process from technical knowledge selection,knowledge accumulation,to technology fusion and reactivation.The firm should strengthen the input of R&D expenditure,accumulate and reactivate the technological knowledge to realize the technological innovation.
