基于生态足迹的福建省生态可持续发展能力评价

摘要 利用生态足迹理论,计算福建省2003年生态足迹,结果表明:福建省2003年人均生态足迹为1.121 46hm2,人均生态承载力为0.659 85 hm2,人均生态赤字达0.461 61 hm2,总生态赤字1.61×107hm2.说明在省区尺度上,福建省的生态足迹占用已超过了生态承载力,构成了对生态系统的巨大压力;与全国人均生态承载力底线0.681 hm2相比,福建省生态足迹超过了全国人均承载力,在国家尺度上也处于不可持续状态;从全球人均2 hm2生态承载力底线的角度看,福建省生态足迹仅相当于全球人均生态承载力的56.07%,生态盈余达0.878 54 hm2,因此,在全球尺度上处于可持续范畴. Based on Ecological footprint model theory, the ecological footprints of Fujian province in 2003 are calculated. The results show that ecological footprint was about 1. 121 46 hm^2 per capita, while ecological capacity was only 0. 659 85 hm^2 per capita. The ecological deficit was 0. 461 61 hm^2 per capita and total deficit was 1.61 × 10^7 hm^2. Then Fujian province in 2003 was in a state of unsustainable development on scale of province. The ecological footprint surpassed 0. 681 hm^2 per capita, the deadline of ecological capacity of country, so it was also in an unsustainable state on scale of country. But the ecological footprint of Fujian province was only 56.07 percent of world deadline of ecological capacity and ecological surplus was 0. 878 54 hm^2 per capita, so based on scale of world it was sustainable development.
