摘要 制度管理与人文管理是辩证统一的,教师继续教育工作必须推行制度管理与人文管理的双主线.文章提出教师继续教育管理要坚持以制度管理为基础,善于调动参训教师的积极性,增加继续教育中人文课程的比重,大力推行发展性培训,锻造优秀的教师继续教育工作队伍,促进管理与服务和谐统一. Institutional management and humanistic management is a dialectic unity, teachers' continuing education should adopt the double control of Institutional management and humanistic management. The article proposes management of teacher's continuing education that should insist having base on system management, be good at arousing enthusiasm of teachers who participate training,increase the proportion of humanities courses in continuing education,carry out developmental training to form excellent staff of continuing education,promote the harmony and unity of management and service.
