On Higher Education Teaching Quality in the New Situations

提高教育质量是高等教育在规模扩张之后的工作重心.文章在探讨高等教育质量的基本内涵、时代特征,分析影响高等教育质量的内外环境及因素的基础上,认为在新形势下,从管理的视角看,高校要提高教育质量,必须以科学发展观为根本指针,构建全面的质量管理体系,建立并不断强化高校的校本管理工作机制.

Promoting education quality has been a centre of work for universities after expansion. This article discusses the basic meanings and characteristics of the times of higher education teaching quality and analyzes the internal and external environments and factors that affect higher education teaching quality. Upon this basis, it believes that,in the new situations, from a managing perspective, universities should build a whole quality management system with a scientific outlook on development as the fundamental guidance, establish and continue to strengthen their school-based management mechanism.
