当前高校普遍存在的拖欠助学贷款等一系列违约行为,引发了商业风险,给国家和地方政府财政造成经济困难,给高校经济运转带来巨大麻烦.为此,必须加强对高校学生诚信观教育,并采取有效措施,为扭转长期拖欠国家助学贷款的现象创造条件.

Currently, there are a series of widespread contract break behaviors such as defaults on students＇ study assisting loans in universities, which causes business risk, engenders economical difficulty to the nation and the local government public finance,and brings huge trouble to university economical management. Therefore, It behooves universities to strengthen university students consciousness of keeping faith with a loan,and also to advance effective measures to create a condition for changing the chronic phenomenon of default on a national loan.
