摘要
用自制多孔陶珠载体固定脱色混合菌,在不同pH、温度、增补营养浓度、固定化细胞与废水比率等条件对印染废水的脱色进行了试验.在最适条件下进行填充柱式反应器作扩大处理印染废水,脱色效果良好.
Porous ceramics, manufactured by the author, were used to immobilize the decolorizative bacteria. Decolorization of textile wastewater has been investigated under various pH values, temperatures,nutrient concentrations and immobilized cell to wastewater ratios. Experiments carried out in either static or shaking reactors.Based on the results of the experiments, a filled-bed column was selected in continuous fashion to treat wastewater from a printing and dyeing mill for larger soale experiment. In one month consecutive operation,an average of 80% decolorization has been obtained with retention time from 2 to 4 hours.
