摘要
晋商组织是明清时期中国最为显赫的地域商帮,他们在经营管理模式中创造的身股制作为一种协调劳资关系、调动员工工作积极性的办法,对晋商发家具有重要作用。文章通过对身股制的来源及其内容的介绍,从代理制度完善以及最密切联系原则的发展两方面来论述身股制的激励机制,对当今社会企业发展具有重要的借鉴作用。
The organization of Shanxi Merchants was a famous regional merchants' group in Ming and Qing Dynasty of ancient China. Labor Share, which was created in management by them, as a method to coordinate the labor - capital relations and mobilize the workers' enthusiasm, played an important role in developing Shanxi commerce. Through the introduction of the resource and content of Labor Share System, the thesis comments on Encouraging System of it from the improvement of agent system and the closest relationship principle. This can be used for reference in developing business in modern society.
