摘要
为了客观准确地评价高速公路服务区的服务水平,对高速公路服务区内各个功能设施的运行特性进行分析,并根据其运行特性提出了各个功能设施相应的服务水平分级指标、分级标准;采用距离综合评价法对多个服务区系统服务水平进行比较,得出其优劣次序,并结合重庆市4个服务区实测数据对该方法进行验证。结果表明,该评价方法能较好地反映高速公路服务区系统的服务水平,可减少人为因素的影响。
In order to make an impersonal and accurate evaluation of the service of the expressway service platform, this paper analyzes the operating features of functional facilities in the expressway service platform and proposes the evaluation methods of each facility's service. The distance integrated evaluation method is utilized to evaluate the service of various expressway service platform systems, they are then ranked according to their performance. The method is validated with actual measurements in four service platforms in Chongqing City. The results show that this method can clearly reveal the service level of the expressway service platform systems, and can decrease the influence of the human factors. 6 tabs, 5 refs.
