摘要
分析了3种转向模式的转向特点和运动学特性,构建了四轮转向(4WS)试验平台,通过试验以及系统频率特性研究,拟合了试验平台的理论传递函数,验证了各种转向模式的车轮转角关系。结果表明:全轮转向模式下,内外侧车轮之间、前后轮之间均具有良好的相关性;新构建的试验平台完全可以满足工程机械实际转向作业要求,为工程机械四轮转向系统的研究提供了依据。
The kinematics characteristic is analyzed under three steering modes, and the experimental equipment is developed independently, at the same time the experimental transfer function is derived by frequency response analysis. The results indicate that there is good correlation between the front wheel and the rear one, also between the inside wheel and the outside one. The experimental equipment can meet the actual steering demands of construction machinery. 1 tab, 9 figs, 9 refs.
