微量元素对严重创伤家兔外周WBC水平及存活率的影响

摘要 目的探讨严重创伤后微量元素对家兔外周血白细胞(WBC)浓度及死亡的影响,以期为严重创伤治疗提供新思路。方法建立家兔严重肢体创伤模型,随机分正常对照组、重伤组、TE治疗组,重伤组中死亡家兔12只归为死亡组(死亡率40%),检测伤前及伤后6h和1、3、6、9、14d血常规。结果重伤组与TE治疗组比较,死亡率明显增高(P〈0.05);家兔伤后1.14d外周血WBC浓度及中性粒细胞百分率(NEC%)均高于伤前(P〈0.05),死亡组的家兔伤后3~9d的NEC%高于治疗组(P〈0.05),重伤组伤后3d亦高于治疗组(P〈O.05)。结论严重创伤后,适量补充多种TE能抑制外周血WBC过度升高,降低死亡率。 Objective To observe the effect of trace element (TE) on the level of periphery blood WBC and mortality rate of traumatic rabbits Methods The severe traumatic rabbit model was eatablished and the abbits were randomly divided into normal group, traumatic group and treatment group . The 12 dead rabbits in traumatic group were named death group( mortality 40%). Blood routine examination were tested on various time points. Results The mortality in traumatic group was higher significantly than that of normal groups(p〈0.05).Both WBC count and NEC percentage in traumatic group 1-14 days after treatment were much higher than those of traumafic groups before treament . The constituent ratio of NEC percentage in death group is higher than treatment group 3 - 9 days after trauma (p〈0.05)and the same results were observed in traumatic group 3 days after trauma. Conclusion The supplement of multi-trace element could be inhibited the increase of WBC counts then lower the rabbit mortality after trauma.
