摘要 目的评价ELISA法测定尿微量白蛋白的临床适用性。方法分别用ELISA法和化学发光法检测115份患者晨尿标本中微量白蛋白浓度。结果ELISA法和化学发光法检测尿微量白蛋白结果的差别无统计学意义(P>0.05),两者具有良好的相关性(r=0.994)。结论ELISA法检测尿微量白蛋白结果与化学发光法结果一致,而ELISA法费用低,简捷,适合医院的临床需要,值得推广应用。 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of ELISA and chemiluminescence for determination of urinary microalbuminuria (MAU). Methods Urine samples of 115 patients were determined by ELISA and chemiluminescence respectively for the urinary MA concertration. Results The result showed that there was no statistical difference between the urinary MAU levels measured by ELISA and Chemiluminescence(P〉O.05),and they were positively correlated with each other (r=0.994) . Conclusion Comparing with chemiluminescence in determing the urinary MAU concertration ,ELISA is more cheap, simple and suitable for clinical application.
