口腔念珠菌感染134例临床分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的总结口腔念珠菌病的诊治体会。方法采用涂片法或Sabouraud培养基培养法结合临床表现对134例患者进行口腔念珠菌病的诊断、鉴别,采用制霉菌素或氟康唑等药物进行综合治疗,观察其疗效。同时进行真菌学涂片镜检,了解所用药物对白色念珠菌的清除情况。结果治愈率为54.48%(73/134),好转率41.79%(56/134),无效3.73%(5/134));白色念珠菌清除率为80.59%。结论白色念珠菌为条件致病菌,在全身或局部因素诱导下容易发病,氟康唑等药物能有效治疗口腔白色念珠菌病。
