摘要
目的分析广州市海珠区2004~2007年发生的食物中毒事件,为制定食物中毒的防制措施提供科学依据。方法依据海珠区2004~2007年食物中毒资料,对海珠区食物中毒的流行趋势、中毒特点进行统计分析。结果2004~2007年海珠区共发生食物中毒49起,中毒人数582人,发生时间以第二、三季度为主,占81.63%,致病原因以细菌性食物中毒为主,占77.55%,发生地点以饮食服务单位为主,占42.86%。结论提高食物中毒事故的预警和应急处理能力及加大对饮食服务单位的监督监测力度,加强食物中毒的宣传教育,是控制食物中毒发生的基本措施。
Objective To anIayze food poisoning events in Haizhu Sistriet of Guangzhou from 2004 to 2007. Methods The data of food poisoning events reported from 2004 to 2007 were analyzed. Resnils There were 49 food poisoning events and 582 suffers were reported in Haizhu district from 2004 to 2007.Tbe most of food poisoning events occurred from April to September (81.63%), the mainly due to bacteria infection (77.55%) and the mainly occurred in beverage and food service institutions (42.86%). Conclusion The capabilities of enhancement of ealy warning and emergency management , supervision,monitoring of food poisoning be strengthened to controlling the occurrence of food poisoning in Haizhu Sistriet.
