海南某哨点医院2006～2007年流感监测结果分析

The analysis of the two years’surveillance reports of influenza from a guarding hospital in Hainan Province

目的分析本院2006～2007流感监测结果,为制定控制流感方案提供依据。方法采集2006年1月～2007年12月儿科门诊就诊的流感样病人的咽拭子标本,送海南省疾病预防控制中心(CDC)流感实验室检验并对结果作出分析。结果共采集流感样病例咽拭子样本410份,流感病毒阳性61株,分离率为14.88%,其中,A1型(H1N1)17例、A3型(H3N2)10例、B型34例,分别占总分离数的7.87%,16.40%,55.74%;2006年流感病毒优势株是A1(H1N1)型,2007年是B型;流行高峰期是3～9月。结论感染人群中流感病毒株A1型、A3型、B型活动交替应加强人群的流感监测。

Objective to design the controlling stratagem against influenza, we analyze the surveillance results of influenza from 2006 to 2007 in Hainan Provincial People＇s Hospital. Methods the pharynx scribing samples from the out patients with influenza from January 2006 to December 2007 were collected and sent to local disease controlling center （CDC） for further testing. Results the total number of the collected samples was up to 410, among which there were 61 influenza positive, with the separating ratio 14.88%. The positive samples included 17 A1 type （H1N1）, 10 A3 type （H3N2） and 34 B type, the respective separating ratio was 7.87%, 16.4% and 55.74%. The main influenza type in 2006 was A1 （H1N1）, but in 2007, B type was the most popular type.The spreading peak period was during from March to September. Conclusions in patients with influenza infection, the virus types A1, A3 and B appeared alternatively and the B type was relatively more active. The surveillance study on influenza should be augmented and extended to other people in order to find the influenza spreading condition in time.
