娱乐场所流动青年艾滋病集中式宣传干预效果评价

Effectiveness of intervention on floating youth with entertainment places with AIDS health education

目的评价集中式宣传教育干预对服务娱乐场所外来流动青年进行艾滋病健康教育的效果,探索对流动人口进行艾滋病干预的策略及措施。方法在宣传干预的所有服务娱乐场所中,按分层整群抽取南宁市2家娱乐会所、2家KTV、2家酒巴、2家星级宾馆从业流动青年作为研究对象,在宣传干预前后分别填写统一的调查问卷并进行对比分析。结果干预后研究对象对性病知识、性病就医行为、艾滋病知识、艾滋病预防措施等的正确认知均有显著提高(P<0.01);集中式宣传教育干预总得分由干预前17.93分上升为干预后的19.63分(P<0.01)。结论服务娱乐场所流动青年艾滋病集中式宣传干预效果明显。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of intervention on floating youth in entertainment placed with AIDS health education. Methods The floating youth from 2 entertainment places ,2 KTV,2 drink bars, 2 class hotels, ere were selected by stratified cluster sampling for interventon. All the samples surveyed were asked to fill out the same questionnaires before and after intervention,respectively. Results The score of STDS/AIDS knowledge, correct behavior, ect, were markedly enhanced after intervention （P〈0.01）.The scores of health education were increased from 17.93 before intervention to 19.63 after intervention. Conclusion Health education intervention is effective for floating youth in entertainment places.
