中国—东盟合作背景下广西区内物流对策——以钦防北港口为例

On the Tactics for Logistics Development in Guangxi under the Background of China-ASEAN Cooperation——A Case Study of the Port City of Qinzhou, Fangchenggang and Beihai

通过分析中国-东盟合作背景下钦防北港口在港口群区域优势地位、建立区域性枢纽港的战略,提出实现港口物流与场站物流的无缝化对接,广西区内物流一体化就必须要考虑区内同质化的物流节点的业务整合,与第三方物流企业和生产企业的合作,基础设施改建和业务流程再造以及信息化建设来满足创新型产品的物流需求。

In light of analysis on the the port city of Qinzhou, Fangchenggang and Beihai in terms of their regional dominant positions and their tactics for building regional pivotal ports under the background of China-ASEAN cooperation, the article argues for realization of seamless docking of the port logistics and terminal logistics. To achieve the integration of logistics within Guangxi, three aspects should be taken into account, which includes business integration in homogeneous logistics nodes, cooperation with the third-party logistics businesses and manufacturers, infrastructure renovating and business process reengineering along with information construction for creative products logistics.
