高职院校在激烈的竞争中要保持不竭的发展动力,就必须加强组织文化建设,为实现高素质应用型技能人才的培养目标提供厚实的文化底蕴和强大的精神支撑。针对当前高职院校组织文化建设实践中存在的问题,提出了解决的现实路径。

To maintain an inexhaustible momentum of development in the fierce competition, vocational colleges should strengthen the construction of organizational culture to provide a deep and rich culture and strong spiritual supporting for attaining the objective of training high-quality practical talents. The article puts forward realistic approach to the problems that vocational colleges face in their construction practice of organizational culture.
