摘要
男性骨质疏松严重威胁着老年男性的生存质量。引起男性骨质疏松病因是多方面的,雌激素缺乏和雌激素受体缺陷是重要因素之一。雌激素受体分为ER-α和ER-β二种亚型,但它们为不同的基因产物。雌激素与ER-α和ER-β结合,通过不同的途径作用于骨组织,影响成骨细胞和破骨细胞,调节骨的代谢。基因突变可能是引起骨质疏松的遗传因素。近年来,用雌激素受体调控剂治疗男性骨质疏松获得了较为满意的效果。通过对雌激素受体的研究为治疗和预防男性骨质疏松打下了良好的基础。
Male osteoporosis a serious threat to the quality of llfe of elderly men. The causes for men's osteoporosis causes are various; the lack of estrogen and estrogen receptor defect is an important factor. Estrogen receptor falls into two subtypes, the ER-α and ER -β, but they are the products of different genes. The integration between Estrogen and ER - α and ER-β through different channels has a significant impact on bone tissue such as the osteoblasts and osteoclasts, the regulation of bone metabo- lism. Genetic mutation appears to be one of the causes for osteoporosis. In recent years, the use of estrogen receptor - control treatment of male osteoporosis has achieved some desirable effects and laid a solid foundation for the treatment and prevention of men's osteoporosis.
