To present Management Process by graphics is needed to describe the whole process in the first place, then represent the activities in the process by frame, and indicate the logical relationship among the process by arrows, finally complete the related content of process running. By this way, it＇s expected to make flowchart as a tool to standardize management and serve for the universities.
