The Probing to the Development of Economic House in Weifang

保障中低收入的住房问题是中国政府多次强调的重点。经济适用房作为向低收入住房困难家庭定向供应的具有保障性质的政策性商品房,在其形成以来一直存在着政策上的漏洞。本文基于潍坊市当前经济适用房的发展现状,对潍坊市经济适用房的发展前景进行初步探索。

Ensuring the housing with the low and medium-level has been the focal point to China Government. However, as the direct supply to the housing-difficult family, economic house has the policy loophole since it formed. This article analyses the current developing situation in Weifang, then raises the preliminary probation to the economic house in Weifang.
