城郊结合部的社区有其自身的特点,其和谐社区建设有其内在的规律,必须按照其内在要求来开展工作,才能把城郊结合部建设成为真正的和谐社区,为和谐社会建设打下坚实的基础。城郊结合部建设和谐社区应该是在社区分类规划基础上进行组织设计,然后推动社区组织运行,同时完善和谐社区建设的各项制度,加强社区组织建设,推动社区发展,最终实现社区管理信息化的总体思路。

In order to build the urban and rural into a truly harmonious community, we must work according to its inherent requirement.
