摘要
研究了喷码墨水成分中的溶剂、树脂、导电盐、添加剂、染料等原料的选择及其配比对墨水的黏度、电导率、挥发性等主要性能指标的影响;根据国内外品牌喷码打印机的性能要求,通过上机调试,对不同机型的喷码墨水配方及制备工艺进行了优化研究,获得优化配方.以甲基乙基酮为溶剂,丙烯酸树脂为成膜剂,采用染料与树脂分别溶解再混合的制备工艺,所得喷码墨水产品性能稳定,喷打字迹均匀清晰,对底物(尤其是聚烯烃类)附着力强.
This essay illustrates the research for the influence on the main standards', viscosity, conductivity and volatility of the Printing Ink of Non-Contacting Ink-Jet, when changing the selection and proportion of the materials making of the ink, which are resin, solvent, dye and other additives; According to the special demand of the Printing Ink of Non-Contacting Ink-Jet of different domestic and foreign brands, through modulating proportion of the materials and the production technique of the ink, we finally obtain the optimum directions for producing the ink. By using methyl ethyl ketone as the solvent, crylic acid resin as filming substance and the methods of dissolving different materials sep- arately, the ink we made is stable and has a good adhesion when printed on the surfaces of diverse materials.
