摘要 为解决新型电液悬挂控制系统的压力冲击和俯仰冲击较为剧烈的问题,提出了利用动压反馈装置减少液压系统的压力冲击,提高电液悬挂作业机组操作平顺性的系统方案.该动压反馈装置由蓄能器和阻尼小孔组成,安装在靠近拖拉机液压悬挂系统的油缸附近.通过对动压反馈装置进行详细的参数匹配研究,提高了拖拉机在新型电液悬挂控制系统工作状态下电液悬挂作业机组操作的平顺性.试验结果表明:通过合理的参数匹配,影响作业机组操作平顺性主要因素拖拉机的俯仰角速度和液压系统的压力冲击峰值均大大降低,该系统设计方案是可行的,能够进一步拓展该新型电液控制系统在拖拉机悬挂机组中的应用. To solve the problem of strong hydraulic pressure impact and pitch oscillation in tractor's hydraulic hitch system, a dynamic pressure feedback loop is proposed. The loop is made up of an accumulator and a damping hole, which are mounted near the hydraulic cylinder of the hydraulic system in the tractor. In this study, the parameter matching of the loop is discussed in detail. The manipulating stability of the new electro-hydraulic system can be improved. The experimental results show that the pitch angle velocity of the tractor and the pressure impact in the hydraulic system are the main factors that influence the manipulating stability of the new electro-hydraulic system, and both are decreased significantly. In conclusion, the new electro-hydraulic system with the dynamic pressure feedback loop is practical, and can be applied in the tractor's hitch system.
