摘要
笔者对我国企业在新经济下设计和实施具有先进性和实用性的薪酬管理进行分析.提出我国企业薪酬管理改革创新的主要对策,以便提高我国企业的国际竞争力.
This article's aim is to analyze and solve these problems applied the relevant theories of economics and management combined with its uptodate trends in thc world and successful experiences of compensation in other countries to design a reasonable compensation system, expecting the compensation management of enterprises in our country to step into a good cycle.
