Investment Control of Modern Engineering Construction

现代工程项目管理应该加强投资控制,尤其是在项目的可行性研究阶段和设计阶段更应该引起重视.作为投资管理人员,在加强自身素质、工作能力的同时,还应该采取必要的、可行的方法和手段,制定出合理的工程投资计划,并在实施过程中,加强投资控制,采取有效的手段和制约机制,确保投资计划按部就班的纳入到工程当中去,以避免给建设单位在资金筹措过程中带来不必要的麻烦和风险.

For the modern engineering project management, the investment control should be strengthen , in particular in the project feasibility study stage and the design stage, it should be brought to the attention. The investment administrative personnel should not only strengthen own quality, working ability , but also adopt the essential, feasible method, formulates the reasonable proiect investment plan. In the implementation process, the investment control should be enhanced, the effective method and the restriction mechanism should be adopted to guarantee the investment plan integrated to the proiect along a prescribed path, in order not to bring unnecessary trouble and risk to the construction unit in the process of fund raising.
