摘要
新建本科院校是顺应时代发展需要而组建的新型大学,其管理模式正处在摸索阶段,没有现成的模式可套用。在摸索过程中,不管选择哪一种管理模式与手段,都必须考虑三个因素,即时势、人性与理论这三个科学管理的支点,才能缩短距离,开拓创新,实现跨越式发展。
Newly-upgraded universities are newly merged institutions developed in conformity with the development of the times. Its administration mode is being explored and there is no available style to follow. For whatever manner or mode to apply, we should consider three factors： situation, human nature and theory. They are the three pivot points of seientifie administration to enable us to catch up, to further the opening and innovation and to realize leaping developments.
