高校党的思想政治工作注重人文关怀,是新时期增强高校党的思想政治工作实效性的关键。文章就人文关怀的内涵进行了简要的论述,并从尊重主体地位、注重个体差异、重视心理疏导、提高人文素质4个角度重点阐述高校党的思想政治工作创新思维,强调在高校党的思想政治工作中应着力增强人文关怀。

Highlighting humane concern in Party＇s ideological and political work is the key to enhancing the efficacy of Party＇s ideological and political work in higher education institutions. The connotation of humane concern is described. The innovative mentality of the Party＇s ideological and politieal work in higher education institutions is elaborated in terms of respecting the principal position, recognizing individual difference, emphasizing psychological counseling and upgrading the staff＇s humane qualities. It is suggested that humane concern be invigorated in Party＇s ideological and political work for higher education institutions.
