加强高校院(系)党总支建设的探讨

Strengthening the building of college's school(department) general Party branches

剖析了当前高校院(系)党总支工作模式及其存在的主要问题,探讨了加强我国高等学校院(系)党总支建设的对策。认为:院(系)党总支建设要与院(系)行政基层组织"思想同步,不唱独角戏"、"工作同步,不搞单打一",要加强以思想、组织、作风和制度建设为主要内容的自身建设,以增强执政意识和提高执政能力。

The working styles of college＇s school （department） general Party branches （GPB） and their weakness are analyzed. The strategies for strengthening the building of college＇s school （departrnent） GPB are probed. It is held that the building of college＇s school （department） GPB be coordinated with the school （department） administrative organizations in ideology and management work. The GPB should strengthen their own construction by updating ideology, enhancing Party organizational and system construction, and improving working styles so as to promote the governing sense and abilities of Party organizations.
