摘要
随着高校学分制的实施及后勤社会化改革,学生宿舍管理逐渐向"公寓化"过渡,学生公寓区的形成对高校党建工作提出了新要求。文章分析了高校学生公寓党建工作的意义,及其必要性、重要性,并结合当前高校党建工作进学生公寓存在的主要问题,从工作原则、运行机制、联动模式等方面,提出了完善和健全高校学生党建工作进公寓的新思路、新模式。
With the gradual implementation of credits system and the socializing reform of logistics in tertiary institutions, students＇ residence management has turned into apartment-based management. The formation of student eommunity has raised new requirements for Party building in tertiary institutions. The significance and necessity of Party building in students＇ apartments are analyzed. In light of the main problems existing in present Party building in students＇ residence, some new thoughts to enhance Party building in students＇ apartments are proposed in terms of working principle, operational mechanism and linkage mode.
