增强高校权力监督的实效性研究

On enhancing the efficacy of college powers supervision

立足高校实际,运用对立统一关系原理,分析、研究高校权力和监督的本质特征及内在联系,指出高校权力腐败的症结不只在于监督不力,而是高校权力本身在依法归属的问题上就缺乏适合高校的律法,使高校权力和监督呈现差异性、不同步性和不正当性。

Based on the present college situation in China, the essence of college powers and supervision and their intrinsic relationship were analyzed in terms of the law of the unity of opposites. It pointed out that weak supervision of college powers is part of the cause of college corruption, that lack of legislation pertinent to college power results in the variation, inconsistency and impropriety of college powers and supervision.
